SAP PO: Refresh Mapping and CPA Cache

To improve mapping and transfer data during integration, SAP PO will cache configuration and definition objects into cache.

But somehow, cached was failed to loading or updating after you change configuration or mapping objects, and SAP system can not refresh automatically.

SAP PO provided to us tools for refresh cache manually.

Checking Enterprise Service Builder Cache status

  • Open Enterprise Service Builder
  • Menu: Environment -> Cache Status Overview

Cache Status

Red icon to tell you cache issue

1-Access SAP PO Homepage

http://hostname:port/dir/start/index.jsp

2-Refresh Java Virtual Machine Cache

3-Refresh CPA Cache

Select mode is “full”
CPA cache has be refresh

4-Refresh mapping cache

5-Check cache status overview again, make sure that status icon is green
