Hi guys, in this article I want to share a tutorial How to federated content S/4 HANA ON PREMISE WITH SAP WORKZONE IN BTP.
In SAP S/4 HANA we have many Fiori App which called Catalog. We will choose these app and configure expose for end user.
In this article I will get Fiori App Manage Purchase Order for demo.
Catalog ID = SAP_PRC_BC_PURCHASER_PO
PREREQUISITES
To finish this tutorial, we need
- BTP Trial account
- SAP Cloud Connector
- SAP S/4 HANA On-Premise
- Account technical connect on S/4 HANA to configure destination on BTP
- Account S/4 HANA Administrator to configure expose content app fiori of S/4 HANA.
CREATE CUSTOM CATALOG AND GROUP IN FIORI
CREATE CUSTOM CATALOG
Login Fiori Design and search catalogue with ID = SAP_PRC_BC_PURCHASER_PO
CREATE CUSTOM GROUP
Login Fiori design portal. This portal, ask basis guys for portal configure FIORI APP.
CREATE USER ON S/4 HANA
Login S/4 HANA
T-Code: SU01
CONFIGURE ROLE – ASSIGN USER INTO ROLE IN S/4 HANA (PFCG)
Login S/4 HANA
T-Code : PFCG
Create new Single Role. Ex: ZBTP_WORKZONE
Input custom group which created on FIORI DESIGNER
Add custom catalog on SAP FIORI DESIGNER
CHECK ON FIORI USER
OK, next step we will expose this Manage Purchase Order Fiori App into BTP.
